During the warm weather season (normally May through September) we recommend you consider the following shipping options: 1. Southern States/Region - Ship Next Day Air 2. Other Areas - Ship 2nd Day Delivery. Chocolate melts at about body temperature (about 100 F; or 36 C); and it begins to readily soften below that (around 80 F or 26 C). We include specially engineered low temperature Gel-packs with your chocolate shipment to further retard the effects of warmer temperatures and that is an Extra Charge .
